   What AI can do and its limits: hallucinations, bias, the need to verify.

2. 02 — Writing good prompts

   Context, task, constraints, examples, output format and iteration.

3. 03 — Office applications

   Emails, summaries, reports, presentations, translation.

4. 04 — AI, Excel and data

   Help building formulas and doing simple analysis of tables.

5. 05 — Responsible use and confidentiality

   Sensitive data, client information, intellectual property, team rules.

Prerequisites

Being able to use a computer and a web browser. No technical knowledge required. Exercises can be done with the free tiers of the tools when they are available.

Teaching method

80% practice / 20% theory

• Short alternation of theory and exercises: you practice throughout the session.
• Concrete cases and realistic datasets drawn from professional or academic situations.
• Limited group size, with the instructor supporting you during the exercises.
• In-person training in a training room in Marrakech.
